Once a purchase confirmation is received, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an email inviting you to our Client Portal.

All communication will appear in the client portal. You’ll be able to access the Design Questionnaire & Logo Agreement. The design process will begin once both are completed. We will design two logo concepts. You may request to schedule a phone consultation if needed.

  • Revisions

3 rounds of revisions are allowed. Any additional revisions are $20.

No Refunds are allowed due to the nature of the work.
